RETURNS POLICY:
Returns and Package Refusal from the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, we remind customers that any customs duties and import taxes applied at the time of shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
Due to recent developments, applicable duties may range from 0% to 15% of the total value of the purchased goods. This increase is a consequence of the trade policies introduced by the Trump administration, which raised export costs to the United States.
If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us with the application of customs duties and return charges to our country. These costs, which may vary approximately from 0% up to 15% of the total value of the goods, will be fully charged to the customer.
Therefore, in the case of a return from a U.S. customer, in addition to the 10% return handling fee of the order value, all customs and re-importation duties incurred by our company will also be deducted.
A Word of Caution: We encourage U.S. customers to carefully consider the decision to refuse or return a package, taking into account the overall costs involved.
• Time limit for return shipment is 5 days from date of delivery.
• Products must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.
• Include a copy of the original invoice.
• Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.
• Include your current telephone number and e-mail address.
• Customer pays for return shipping plus a 10% return fee
Any customs duties issued on packages shipped by the customer will be deducted from the total refund or added to any repair costs.
