TERMINI DI RESTITUZIONE:

- Diritto di recesso per i clienti nell'Unione Europea

Se risiedi nell'Unione Europea, hai il diritto di recedere dal contratto entro 14 giorni dalla consegna dell'ultimo articolo del tuo ordine, senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione. Per esercitare questo diritto, contattaci prima della scadenza del termine. Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente. Il rimborso verrà effettuato entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce resa, utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento dell'ordine originale. -

Verrà applicata una tassa di restituzione del 10% sulle macchine, le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente.

Rifiuteró qualsiasi reso non conforme ai seguenti termini:

 

  • La macchina deve essere restituita non usata come impacchettata all’origine, con l’imballaggio originale e tutte le componenti originali
  • Deve essere inclusa la ricevuta originale
  • Deve essere inclusa una lettera o una nota sul motivo per il quale chiedete il reso.
  • Devono essere inclusi la vostra email e il vostro numero di telefono
Spese di spedizione piú tassa di restituzione del 10% a carico del cliente
    L'eventuale rimborso o il cambio con un altra macchinetta verrà effettuato quando la merce, per la quale si chiede il cambio o rimborso, sarà arrivata presso la nostra sede.

    IL DIRITTO DI RECESSO NON É APPLICABILE SU CHI FORNISCE LA PARTITA IVA.
    4.1 Ai sensi del D. Lgsl. 206/2005, se il Cliente è un consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l'acquisto indicando nella mail di risposta all'ordine un riferimento di Partita IVA), ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto.
    Il cliente non consumatore, ditta o professionista, che acquista per scopi professionali ovvero indicando nella nella richiesta d'acquisto un riferimento di partita iva, gode esclusivamente della garanzia legale del produttore (12 mesi dalla consegna).

     

    RETURNS POLICY:

    -Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the European Union

    If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the deadline expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original order.


    It will charge a 10% return fee on machines. Customer pays for the return shipping. To return products please contact us mothertattoomachines@gmail.com We will refuse any return that does not conform to the rules of our return policy as follows:


    • All returns MUST be marked RETURN.
    • We will only accept returns of UNUSED products.
    • Machines will not be accepted for return if the box has been opened.
    • Products must be returned as originally packed, with all original packing included.
    • Include a copy of the original invoice.
    • Include a letter or note explaining the reason for the return.
    • Include your current telephone number and e-mail address.
    • Customer pays for return shipping plus a 10% return fee
    • In case of reparation or return, specify "repair" or "return" in the shipping documents.
    Any customs duties issued on packages shipped by the customer will be deducted from the total refund or added to any repair costs.
    Any refund or exchange with another machine will be made when the goods for which exchange or reimbursement is requested has arrived at our office.

    THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IS NOT APPLICABLE TO WHO PROVIDES THE VAT NUMBER.
    The customer-consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form.
    The non-consumer customer, company or professional, who purchases for professional purposes or by indicating a VAT number in the purchase request, enjoys only the legal guarantee of the manufacturer (12 months from delivery).

    IL PERIODO DI VALIDITA' DELLA GARANZIA PARTE DALLA DATA DI ACQUISTO

    Le MOTHER TATTOO MACHINES sono macchine prodotte a mano in Italia e tutte le macchine hanno un anno di garanzia in tutte le loro parti.

    Se la macchina che avete acquistato si rompe prima del termine dell’anno dall’acquisto, inviateci la macchina assieme alla ricevuta all’indirizzo sottostante e la vostra macchina verrà aggiustata o cambiata con una nuova (spese di spedizione a carico del cliente)

     

    LA GARANZIA DI UN ANNO NON È VALIDA NEI CASI IN CUI:

    • La macchinetta sia stata oliata.
    • si rompe a seguito di urto o caduta.
    • il motore viene manomesso
    • parti della macchina vengono disassemblate o sostituite con altre parti non conformi.


    THE WARRANTY VALIDITY PERIOD STARTS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE

    Mother tattoo machines are hand made in Italy and feature a one year warranty on all parts. If your machine breaks before one year of purchasing, please contact me at mothertattoomachines@gmail.com, I will either fix it or send you a new tattoo machine, shipping costs at customer expence.

      THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY IS VOIDED IF YOU:

      • the machine has been oiled
      • Dropped your machine
      • Tampered with the motor
      • Replaced parts on your own
