SHIPPING AND CONDITIONS


 

We use the DHL (BRT for Italy and DPD for eu shipping) courier for our shipments and the costs vary from the destination country.

at the end of the checkout you will be shown the shipping cost for your country.
There might be additional import taxes applied to shipments sent outside of the European Union. Any such charges are the buyer's responsibility, and they are calculated using the full monetary value of each imported item. 

The costumer is responsible for custom fees, import taxes and licenses or other expenses related to international shipments and laws.

For orders shipped to the United States, we remind customers that any customs duties and import taxes applied at the time of shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to recent developments, applicable duties may range from 0% to 15% of the total value of the purchased goods. This increase is a consequence of the trade policies introduced by the Trump administration, which raised export costs to the United States.

If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the shipment will be returned to us with the application of customs duties and return charges to our country. These costs, which may vary approximately from 0% up to 15% of the total value of the goods, will be fully charged to the customer.

Therefore, in the case of a return from a U.S. customer, in addition to the 10% return handling fee (see our return policy here ) of the order value, all customs and re-importation duties incurred by our company will also be deducted.

A Word of Caution: We encourage U.S. customers to carefully consider the decision to refuse or return a package, taking into account the overall costs involved.

Any delays in delivery are not the responsibility of the company.
